Silvia and Linda have been friends forever. Their special bond was forged when young Silvia, accompanied by her mother who worked for our company, had fun posing for Linda, who tested the fit for Peuterey Baby collections. Today, they continue to be in each other's lives, through a personal and professional relationship that has been going on for over 20 years, and is based on mutual fondness and respect.

Chiara and Valentino are two young talents. They come from the same graduate school and met for the first time at the Company's entrance. For over one year now, they have been working side by side, and have discovered that the passion for their job, and mutual collaboration, comparison and support pave the road to success.

After her degree in the Human Resources field, Francesca joined the company as receptionist, and expressed the desire of setting up the HR Team alongside the President. The Management, moved by her determination, offered her the unique opportunity to recruit talents and help them grow. Many years later, Francesca hired Sebastiano: recognizing his potential, she directed him to the role he now covers with great satisfaction. Their story shows how self-will and vision can turn opportunities into actual growth chances.

Marina and Maria are two pillars of our Company, and a reference point for their respective teams. Sense of duty, care, and listening skills are the ingredients behind their leadership, which conveys wisdom, authority and reliability. They say, “Judging other people's work is easy, what's hard is improving our own”, which proves the great responsibility and commitment we have toward work, Peuterey's products and people.

Reflexivity versus instinct: Francesca and Emiliano are the creative soul of our company. Traditionally, 'opposites attracting' create lucky combinations. And so, through their unique essence, Emiliano and Francesca design our products with their head, hands and heart, to create an expert mix of sophisticated elegance and practical and versatile function.
